1. Production Description:

Usage:

Horizontal type rubber mixing mill is mainly used in following cases for rubber products factory: natural rubber refining, raw rubber and compound ingredient mixing, warming refining and sheeting of glue stock. This machine can reassure well lubricating and easy operation for it adopting oil cup lubrication.

2.Rubber mixing mill lightspots display:

The series of horizontal type rubber mixing mill mainly consists of machine base, machine frame, rolls, drive system, lubricating device, heating and cooling device, roll gap adjusting device, safety brake device, motor and harden gear reducer etc.

• Roller& bearing bush: (1) Chilled cast iron Hollo type rollers or peripheral drilled hole type roller (2) Double Row Spherical Roller Bearing can save energy by 20-30%(Nylon Bushing and Brass Bush is optional)
• Gear box: transmission system adopts hardened reducer,which has a compact structure with higher transmission efficiency,lower noise and longer service life(ZQ reducer and planetary reducer is optional).
• Safety brake device
• The machine is also equipped with emergency stop buttons or emergency pull rod. When an emergency happens, just press the emergency button or pull the pull rod,the machine will stop immediately. It is safe and reliable.
• Stock blender
• Stock bleder is usually installed on the top of bigger mixing mill ,it not only can improve the working efficiency,but also can mix the material fully.

3.Delivery &payment:

• Delivery lead time: 35-40 days since receiving the deposit

• Packing way:
• 1) wrapped with stretch film, avoid rubbing the paint off thesurface
• 2) wooden packaging can be customized
• 3) key parts, such as electronic control box, will be wrapped by shockproof packaging materials, and then packed in wooden cases.
• Term of payment: T/T (30% deposit, 70% balance of B/L) ; L/C
