Vulcanizing Box Features
Automatic thermostat circulating vulcanizing box serves as the vulcanization device for rubber seals, featuring smooth and tidy appearance requirements.
- Utilizes electricity heating tube automatic thermostat with temperature control accuracy of ±2°C, operating range from room temperature to 260°C
- Effective vulcanization length of 24m with centrifugal fan circulation
- Lined with 120 stainless steel and fully insulated with aluminum silicate cotton
- Divided into three zones with trimmer potentiometers for balanced speed adjustment
- Equipped with ventilating devices to remove emissions generated during vulcanization, ensuring product smoothness
Production Line Control
The entire production line features adjustable speed to perfectly match with the extruder speed for optimal performance.
Packaging & Delivery
Equipment is painted before delivery and wrapped with stretch film to prevent surface damage. Custom wooden packaging is available. Key components such as electronic control boxes are protected with shockproof packaging materials and packed in wooden cases.
