Frame Plate Vulcanizing Machine is custom-designed and manufactured according to customer product specifications. We require customers to supply plate size, plate daylight, piston stroke, working hydraulic pressure, and other parameters to produce specialized plate vulcanizing machines.

Frame plate vulcanizing press consists of hot plates, plates, up and down platforms, piston stroke, hydro-cylinder, hydraulic station, and electrical control system. It can be equipped with push-pull mould device to move the mould on the machine.

• Plates: Constructed with welded Q235 steel plates through mechanical ball blast rust removal, spraying zinc rich series paint, stress removal, then mechanical production
• Hot Plates: Made from 35# steel plates after normalizing treatment and double scale rolling. Equipped with electric control valves for automatic steam temperature adjustment
• Up/Down Platforms: Utilize Q235 steel plates with automatic cutting baiting, mechanical slicer production of welded grooves, carbon dioxide gas shielded welding using alloy welding wire, and comprehensive heat treatment to remove welding stress

• Hydro-Cylinder: Made from ZG270-500 with piston stroke using hard cold chilled alloy cast iron. Sealing structure applies combined double sealing ring and one dustproof ring for extended service life

Before leaving the factory, each vulcanizing press undergoes a rigorous 24-hour pressure test and pressure maintenance test to verify hydro-cylinder and piston stroke bearing capacity, ensuring no oil leakage or seepage to prevent quality issues.
