This advanced hot pressing equipment is designed for vulcanizing all types of rubber products and pressing various thermosetting rubber materials.
- Three heating methods available: electric heating, steam heating, and heat transfer oil heating
- Available in column curing press (25-160 tons) and frame curing press (160+ tons)
- Plunger made of LG-P cold hard alloy steel with high surface hardness and wear resistance
- Chilled layer depth: 8-15mm with hardness HRC 60-70 for extended lifespan
- Integrated IR sensors on both sides for operator safety protection
- Uses Yuken Hydraulic pump & valve components
- Customizable according to customer requirements
